This is a nice conversation between doctor(psychiatrist) and patient.
Patient(to doctor): " Doctor , you have got to help me.My wife thinks she is an elevator."
Psychiatrist( routinely):Ok, bring her in to see me."
Patient( somewhat distressed):" I can't .She does not stop at this floor.'
